Shipping?
Brody Lovelle will ship anywhere in North America.
Please be aware that all applicable Duties and Taxes are the customer's responsibililty when the package is destined outside Canada.
Strollers, high chairs and car seats will only be shipped to Canadian addresses.
We offer flat rate shipping of $10.00 per order with the exception on Strollers, High Chairs, Play Pens and Car Seats. These Items will now incur an extra $25 Large Item Shipping Fee. This fee will apply to each large item ordered. If an order contains a large item and smaller items, both shipping fees will be required to be paid.
If you are in the Edmonton area, local pick-up is encouraged, and (of course), Free.
(Local delivery is available as well for a $5 fee.)
Payment Methods?
At this time Brody Lovelle accepts Visa, Mastercard & E-mail money transfers for online orders.
If you prefer to use Visa or Mastercard, phone orders will be accepted.
If you are in the Edmonton Area and would like to pick up your order, Visa, Mastercard, Debit or cash will also be accepted at the time of pick-up.
Orders will not be shipped until payment has cleared.
Returns?
Brody Lovelle will accept returns for refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.
Returned items will only be accepted in new condition.
Items are required to be unassembled, have all original tags attached and have all original packaging.
Refunds will be issued in the manner that was used for payment in the amount paid for the returned item.
We do not refund shipping costs.
Return shipping is also the responsibility of the customer.
